Kings Youth is Hackney Showroom’s new project for young people aged 13-19.

We’re currently running a series of micro-projects so you can taste short bites of a huge range of different activities.

JUNE | THURSDAYS 7-9pm KINGS YOUTH: TURNTABLE SKILLS – a chance to learn DJ’ing and beat mixing with DMC scratch champion DJ Matman.

JULY | 25-29 JULY 3-5pm KINGS YOUTH: DJING FOR GIRLZ – a safe space for girls & non-binary young people to try a new skill.

AUGUST | 1-5 AUGUST 3-5pm KINGS YOUTH: REBEL PRINTMAKING – learn printmaking techniques and take home your very own piece of protest art.

All micro-projects are free but booking essential, head to the individual project page to secure your spot.
