An evening of live poetry hosted by poet & spoken word artist Russenï with special guests Lisa London & Jerome S.

Come on your own, with friends or with your family for a night of lyrics, rhymes and finger clicks. Sit back and enjoy or take part in our open mic slot – and if you’re keen on performing you can also book for our Open Mic Workshop beforehand.

Russenï is an explosive actor & poet with unique performance abilities. An acclaimed spoken word artist, he has featured widely, including events at the Olympic Park, Southbank and as the opening act for The Last Poets at the Love Box Festival 2015. As an actor, Russenï has worked extensively with London Bubble Theatre, where he developed a passion for creating topical, interactive theatre based on real-life experiences. He has just completed his self-written short film ‘Sorry Fi Disturb Yuh’ directed by Georgia Goggin, so be sure to check it

Jerome is an actor, SpokenWord and movement artist. He is continually challenging himself and looking for opportunities to collaborate and facilitate joyful spaces of learning and creativity. Currently part of the NYT REP company 2022, he is building up his creative portfolio.

Lisa Ellis is a Writer from London. She has had a love of words and stories her whole life. She began performing her poetry on stage last year and since then she has found joy in the poetry community and art of spoken word.
