Join a friendly and welcoming yoga class designed to help you move, breathe, unwind, and reconnect. These classes are open to everyone, whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

Enter this supportive and relaxed space and explore yoga at your own pace, without any pressure or expectations. You can expect a dynamic Hatha yoga practice, combining mindful movement, breath-work, stretching, and relaxation to help build strength, flexibility, balance, and a deeper connection with yourself.
