We are now based on Kings Crescent Estate, in a beautiful new, award-winning building designed by Karakusevic Carson Architects and Henley Halebrown. You can FIND US on Green Lanes, opposite Clissold Park.

Following a 20 year wait, in 2015 phases 1 & 2 of Kings Crescent Estate regeneration was completed with 273 new homes built and 101 homes refurbished. The project was awarded 2 AJ Architecture Awards: Housing Project of the Year & Editor’s Choice, recipient of the Mayor’s Prize and an  RIBA National Award winner. There are currently 534 dwellings on the estate. In 2022/23 Phase 3 & 4 will see the building of 219 new homes and 114 homes refurbished. The new homes are made up of social housing, private housing and shared ownership.

In September 2019 we relocated and began our partnership with LB Hackney Regeneration Team and Kings  Crescent Tenants & Residents Association who successfully crowdfunded £18K for to redesign the building, including £12K from the Mayor of London. In January 2020 we undertook community consultation in partnership with Source Partnership, the regeneration consultants for Kings Crescent. The survey told us that a lack of community cohesion, lack of opportunities and anti-social behaviour were principal concerns. Then  the pandemic struck, halting our plans. But in summer 2021 we finally flung our doors open and now have a vibrant cultural offer for our local community. Check our What’s On page, come down and say hi!
