The Sexual Freedom Awards honours those who stand up for sexual rights by working to create a sex positive world, promoting excellence in erotic performance and sexual services and celebrating pioneers in the field of sexuality. The Awards are famous for their Golden Flying Penis Trophies, hand carved for the event in Bali. The show itself is a mixture of prize giving and performance.

The proceeds of the Awards ceremony are used to fund the work of the Outsiders Trust (Charity number 283350) – a charity, which supports disabled people to find partners.
