Tickets are refundable and exchangeable up to 21 days before an event by either:
- Exchanging for an alternative date if there are multiple performances of the same show, subject to availability.
- Exchanging for a credit note up, subject to a £1 handling fee.
If a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, all bookers will be contacted by Hackney Showroom and given the choice to swap their tickets or receive a full refund.
Hackney Showroom is not responsible for any travel issues or other circumstances beyond the venue’s control resulting in the purchaser’s inability to attend the event.
All our ticket price types and discounts are subject to availability and can be changed or withdrawn at any point. Hackney Showroom can introduce offers and price changes at any time. Any price types or discounts bought after you have purchased your ticket will not apply. Any promotional codes or offers can be used online only.
Buying Returned Tickets
If a show is showing as sold out on the website, this means there are no tickets left. You can join the waiting list for returns by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with a contact phone number, the name and date of the performance you want to attend and the number of tickets you would like to purchase.
Please do not call to check if there are any tickets available.
If tickets become available, a member of our team will contact you. Tickets are resold on a first come, first served basis; if we are unable to contact you on the first attempt, the next person on the list will be contacted.
Details about yourself and information provided that identifies you, such as your name, email and phone number are retained by us when you provide the information when buying tickets or subscribing to our newsletter. This Personal Information will be used for operational purposes, i.e. processing orders, and marketing purposes, i.e. contacting you about our cultural programme. When you purchase tickets we will give you the option to opt out of marketing communications. Each e-mail we send you also offers you the opportunity to amend these preferences, or you can ask us to do this, by e-mailing email@example.com
Events may be age restricted so you do need to check before purchasing if the event will be suitable. This information will be published on our website as soon as it’s available.
Hackney Showroom understands that sometimes being late can’t be helped! We try our best to let latecomers in at an agreed latecomers point, but this is at the discretion of the artists.
We reserve the right not to let ticket holders in or take necessary action to ensure that ticket holders leave the venue if we feel that health and safety, licensing or other patrons’ comfort or security may be affected.
If you leave the auditorium mid-performance, we can’t guarantee you’ll be allowed back in but we will try our best to do so in a manner that is not disruptive to the event or the other audience members.
