- Exchanged for an alternative date if there are multiple performances of the same show. We are only able to offer exchange up to three days before the performance.
- Exchanged for a credit note up to three days before the performance, subject to a £1 handling fee.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a performance and would like to exchange your ticket.
Hackney Showroom is not responsible for any travel issues or other circumstances beyond the venue’s control resulting in the purchaser’s inability to attend the event.
If a performance is canceled or rescheduled, the purchaser will be entitled to a full refund or exchange.
Buying Returned Tickets
If a show is showing as sold out on the website, this means there are no tickets left. You can join the waiting list for returns by emailing email@example.com, with a contact phone number, the name and date of the performance you want to attend and the number of tickets you would like to purchase.
Please do not call to check if there are any tickets available.
If tickets become available, a member of our team will contact you.
Tickets are resold on a first come, first served basis; if we are unable to contact you on the first attempt, the next person on the list will be contacted.
