Kings Youth: Rebel Printmaking

1-5 August | 3-5pm | 13-19s

This week of workshops for 13-19s gives you a chance to learn printmaking techniques, explore ideas around protest, activism, slogans & protest imagery & create your very own piece of printed art.

Rebel Printmaking asks ‘what makes you angry?’ and ‘what would you like to change in this world?’ Creating space for young people to share your concerns and passions, these workshops will facilitate you to make your voice heard and use art to campaign for positive change.

Led by artist, printmaker and creative educator Georgia Murphy and part our our KINGS YOUTH series of micro projects for 13-19s.

To attend the project book your space below.

Rebel Printmaking is funded by Discover Young Hackney – a Hackney Council initiative supporting young people to find their career in the arts.

All our projects are free and there is no expectation for you to pay. If you are in a position to make a donation, please do – you will be helping our charity to keep our programmes accessible and inclusive to all.
