A masterclass for performance artists / artist-makers led by Hackney Showroom’s Co-Artistic Director Sam. This hands-on workshop is for artists working in live experimental performance which could include theatre, drag, cabaret, comedy, movement, spoken word or live art. We will explore how to develop your ideas into full shows using your unique traits, skills, peculiarities, qualities, talents and lived experience as a jumping off point. 

As a Director, Sam’s recent credits include the Total Theatre Award-winning BURGERZ by Travis Alabanza and Class by Scottee.
