We are offering affordable previews for companies taking their shows to Edinburgh Festival this year as well as for those not in Edinburgh but wishing to test out a show during this period and warmly encourage applications from BAME, LGBTQIA and disabled artists.

Our 50-seater studio will be in its end-on configuration and is kitted out with sound, lighting, and a projector. The playing space is fairly intimate so casts of 4 or under are best suited. Each company will have a one hour tech slot prior to their show. Shows must not be longer than one hour and you will typically have a 15 min get in and get out. We will provide a venue technician to assist you with your set up and you will need to bring someone to cue and stage manage the show from your side.

Suggested ticket prices will be £8. We take £1.50 from inside the price of each ticket sold and you keep the rest.  All shows will be included in our Edinburgh Previews marketing campaign.

We are accepting applications up until 3 June and slots will be filled throughout this period. Due to anticipated volume of applications please allow up to 5 working days for a response.
